Well painted! I can tell a lot of love went into this looking at the background and the values there. Love the highlights in the hair and on the horns!

I'm really drawn to the plane change of her hat, makes it look really boxy, which really suits the pixel look here. And also I cant stop looking a the shape that is her upper lip. Really defined lips are cool lol. Nice work.
